Information We Collect

When you enroll your child in our ISR swim instruction program, we collect: guardian name, email address, phone number, mailing address, child name(s), date(s) of birth, age(s), and health-related information you provide through the daily B.U.D.S. health check (bowels, urination, diet, sleep). We also collect payment information processed securely through Square — we do not store card numbers.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively to manage your enrollment, schedule lessons, process payments, send lesson-related notifications (access codes, scheduling confirmations, health check reminders, progress updates), and communicate about your child's ISR program. We send text messages (SMS) to the phone number you provide for verification codes, daily health check reminders, lesson confirmations, scheduling updates, and progress reports. Access codes are delivered via email.

SMS Communications

By enrolling in our program and providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Swim2Save, LLC related to your child's lessons. Message types include: access codes for account login, daily health check reminders, lesson time confirmations, scheduling changes, deposit and payment confirmations, session reminders, and weekly progress updates. Message frequency varies but typically ranges from 1–3 messages per day on lesson days. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-essential SMS by replying STOP to any message. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is shared only with: ISR (Infant Swimming Resource) as required for your child's registration, Square for secure payment processing, Twilio for SMS delivery, and Google for data storage and email delivery. These services process your data solely on our behalf.

Data Security

Your data is stored on Google's enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. Access codes are stored as one-way cryptographic hashes — we cannot see your plaintext code. Payment processing is handled by Square's PCI-compliant systems. All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption.

Data Retention

We retain your enrollment data for as long as your family is active in our program and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us directly.

Program Description

Swim2Save, LLC provides ISR (Infant Swimming Resource) self-rescue swim instruction for children ages 6 months through 6 years (older children considered case-by-case). Lessons are private, one-on-one, 10 minutes daily, Monday through Friday. Three enrollment options are available: Full Session (6 weeks, Mon–Fri), Refresher (3 weeks, returning students), and Maintenance (individual days, instructor-assigned schedule).

SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number during enrollment, you agree to receive text messages from Swim2Save, LLC. Messages include: account access codes, daily health check reminders, lesson scheduling confirmations, time change notifications, deposit and payment confirmations, session start reminders, and weekly progress updates. Approximate message frequency: 1–3 messages per day on lesson days, plus occasional account notifications. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan. To opt out of non-essential messages, reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP or call (818) 676-9082. Opting out of essential messages (access codes) may require contacting us directly. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Enrollment and Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your lesson time. For Full and Refresher enrollments, the deposit equals one week of tuition. For Maintenance enrollments, the deposit equals the cost of up to five days of lessons (or the full cost if five or fewer total days). Weekly tuition for Full and Refresher is due every Monday starting the second week. Maintenance tuition is billed per assigned day. Accepted payment methods: Zelle, cash, or credit/debit card (via Square). Card payments include a convenience fee (currently 3.3% + $0.30) to cover processing costs — this fee is charged by the payment processor, not Swim2Save. After lessons begin, Full and Refresher families may optionally prepay remaining tuition in full through the Parent Portal. Prepayment is non-refundable.

Scheduling Priority & Assignment

Full 6-week enrollments have the highest scheduling priority. Refresher 3-week enrollments have the next priority. Full and Refresher parents select their preferred time slot on a first-come, first-served basis. Maintenance lesson days and times are assigned by the instructor based on schedule availability. Parents may request a preferred time; if no conflict exists with Full or Refresher students, the request will be honored. The instructor reserves the right to reassign Maintenance time slots at any time to accommodate higher-priority bookings, with reasonable notice. The instructor may also reassign any lesson time if significant schedule gaps exist.

Health and Safety

Parents of children who are not yet potty trained are required to complete a daily B.U.D.S. health check (Bowels, Urination, Diet, Sleep) before each lesson. Diet restrictions must be followed: no dairy within 2 hours and no food or drink within 1.5–2 hours before lessons. A signed ISR registration and Swim2Save enrollment contract are required before lessons begin.

Liability

Participation in ISR lessons involves inherent risks associated with water activities. Parents sign a comprehensive waiver and liability release as part of the enrollment contract. Swim2Save, LLC, its instructor, and property owners are not liable for injuries sustained during or in connection with lessons.
